Audited AI assistants, with the brake on
Five assistants talk about your operation and today they execute four actions inside the PMS: create a task, read the KPIs, look up a reservation and list pending housekeeping. Only one of them writes to the database. The rest is conversation, and we'd rather say so than call it execution.
Switchable provider (Claude or Ollama) with a deterministic fallback: if AI is off or out of budget, operations continue on a fixed script. Every exchange lands in the agent audit table.

One folio per stay, a close that balances
The PMS keeps the account, records the payment and reconciles it. The payment itself is processed by your terminal, your bank or your wallet: we don't have a payment gateway yet, and we don't dress it up.
Folio per stay
Room, POS charges, services and extras on a single account per guest, with a live balance and a close at check-out.
Payment recording
You record the payment with the method you used and it reconciles against the folio. The PMS records it; it does not process or settle it.
Deposit that confirms
Deposit percentage configurable per hotel: recording it confirms the reservation and deducts inventory in the same transaction, or does neither.
Cash audit & fiscal report
The cash audit and the fiscal report come out of recorded movements, not a parallel spreadsheet someone has to balance by hand.
The integrations that are actually connected
This list is short on purpose: only what has a written, tested client gets in. Credentials for OTAs, Mercado Pago, crypto and AFIP are stored encrypted in the panel, but the code that consumes them doesn't exist yet — which is why they're not here.

We'd rather you read it here than discover it in the third meeting. If any of these is a hard requirement for your hotel, tell us on the first call and we both save the process.
We don't have a channel manager. The five OTAs (Booking, Airbnb, Expedia, Despegar, Hostelworld) are modelled, the credential is stored encrypted and the ARI computation is written — but the client that talks to the OTA's API does not exist. Today an OTA booking comes in by import, not by sync.
We don't process payments. No Mercado Pago, no card tokenization, no WhatsApp payment link. The payment happens outside and the PMS records and reconciles it. Stripe is integrated, but only to charge you your Lokibed subscription.
We don't issue electronic invoices. The invoice comes out with atomic fiscal numbering and its PDF, but the CAE is simulated: there is no connection to ARCA/AFIP. Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay are not implemented. What does work is manual entry of the invoice against the reservation, with the PDF attached.
We don't take stablecoin crypto payments. The table and the data type exist; there is no exchange client, no address derivation, no confirmation watcher.
We don't sign an SLA. We do onboarding and guided implementation, and we answer fast because we're a small team — but there is no contractual commitment on response time or uptime.
There is no published mobile app. A Flutter scaffold exists (login, my bookings, detail) with a read-only offline cache; it is in no app store, its check-in is simulated and it shows neither folio nor services.
There is no per-customer isolated database. The architecture is a pool plus Row Level Security in Postgres, with tests that try to cross tenants and verify it fails. A per-customer silo is a roadmap decision, not code.
The POS does not control F&B stock. Selling a menu item deducts nothing. The supplies module does track stock with audited movements, but it is not wired to the POS.
Allotment is controlled per night and per room type, not per physical room. Two bookings of the same room type cannot exceed inventory, but nothing yet prevents them from being assigned to the same physical room on overlapping dates.
Automatic certificates cover our own subdomains. If you want your own domain, tenant resolution already supports it but we issue the TLS by hand at setup.
Only email really goes out. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and calls exist as inbox channels and as a credentials form; sending over those channels is still simulated.
The public API is read-only and exposes exactly one thing: reservations. It has hashed API keys, scopes and OpenAPI, but it doesn't write anything yet.

What people ask us most
Does it connect to Booking, Airbnb or Expedia?
No, not yet. The channels are modelled and the credential is stored encrypted, but the client that talks to each OTA's API isn't written: today we sync neither rates nor availability with any of them. What you can do is import OTA bookings with duplicate control by external reference, and publish on our multi-hotel marketplace. If your operation depends on the OTAs, we are not your PMS today and we'd rather say so on the first call.
Can I charge the guest from inside the PMS?
We don't process the payment. There is no gateway: no Mercado Pago, no tokenized card, no payment link. The guest pays through your terminal, a transfer or your wallet, and the PMS records that payment against the folio, reconciles it and carries it into the cash audit. If you record the deposit, the booking is confirmed and inventory is deducted in the same transaction.
Does it issue electronic invoices?

Does it work for multiple properties?
Yes. Lokibed is multi-company and multi-hotel from day one: manage every property from a single back-office, with users and permissions per role and per hotel. Isolation between customers is Row Level Security in the Postgres engine, with tests that try to cross tenants and verify it fails. A dedicated database per customer does not exist yet.
What's migration from my current system like?
We guide the implementation: we import rooms, room types, rates, active bookings and guest data. Most properties go live in days, not months.
What if I don't want to use the AI?
AI is optional and switchable, and its scope is deliberately small: today the assistants execute four actions inside the PMS and only one writes to the database. You can turn it off entirely or per assistant; the system keeps running on a deterministic script. Everything is audited, and dynamic pricing uses no AI: those are explicit rules that you approve.
Can I use my own brand and domain?
Yes. The booking engine and the guest portal are white-label: your logo, your colors and your own subdomain with automatic HTTPS. Your own domain is already supported in tenant resolution, but we issue the certificate by hand at setup. There is no app-store mobile app to brand.
What support and languages do you offer?
Support in Spanish and English, with onboarding and guided implementation included. The platform is multilingual (ES/EN from the MVP). We don't sign an SLA: there is no contractual commitment on response time or uptime, and we'd rather not sell it as if there were.
