B2B travel agency portal for hotels
Working with agencies usually means emails, spreadsheets and a credit limit someone keeps in their head. Lokibed gives each agency its own portal, with its own users and a session separate from your team's: they log in, see your catalogue at the net rate you negotiated and book on their own. The net rate is derived from your BAR with the discount and commission you set for that agency, so there's no parallel price list to maintain.
What makes this actually operable is credit control. Each agency has a limit and a balance, and a net-rate booking is rejected if that balance would exceed the limit — with the agency row locked inside the transaction, so two simultaneous bookings can't slip through together. The same transaction deducts the allotment and increases the balance, or does nothing at all. The agency sees its account statement and you see its production without having to ask anyone.

Frequently asked questions
Do agencies log in with my hotel's users?
No. Each agency has its own users and its own session, isolated from the back-office: an agency token cannot get into the PMS and vice versa. You create the agency and its users from the back-office.
What happens if an agency exceeds its credit?
The booking is rejected on the spot. The system locks the agency row, compares the balance plus that booking's net against the limit and, if it would exceed it, confirms nothing. One operational note: a limit of zero means no cap, not blocked.
How is the net rate calculated?
From your BAR rate with the percentage discount and commission you configured for that agency. You don't maintain a separate price list: move the BAR in the grid and the net follows.
