Direct booking engine with zero commission
Every reservation that comes through an OTA costs you commission. The Lokibed booking engine gives that margin back: it's a white-label booking site with your brand and your own subdomain, multilingual and SEO-optimized. The guest checks availability, picks a room and places the booking without leaving your site, and that booking lands straight in the PMS with inventory deducted in the same transaction. Direct sales, zero commission.
On the deposit we have to be exact: we don't have a payment gateway yet. The guest does not pay by card inside the site; the deposit is agreed and then recorded, and recording it confirms the booking and deducts the allotment — both or neither. Afterwards the guest logs into their own portal to track the reservation, complete web check-in and sign on screen, which takes pressure off the front desk on arrival day. It's your most profitable channel, running 24/7 with no intermediaries.

Frequently asked questions
Do you really charge no commission on direct bookings?
Correct. The direct engine is your own channel: no per-reservation commission. You pay the PMS license, not a percentage of each sale like the OTAs.
Does the engine use my brand or Lokibed's?
Yours. It's white-label: your logo, your colors and your own subdomain with an automatic certificate. If you want your own domain (yourhotel.com), tenant resolution already supports it, but we issue the certificate by hand at setup.
Can the guest pay on the site?
No, not yet: we have no integrated payment gateway. The guest completes the booking and the deposit is agreed and recorded in the PMS; recording it confirms the booking and deducts the allotment in the same transaction. If you need card payment inside the engine, we don't have it today and we'd rather say so.
