Glamping management software
Glamping sells more than a night: it sells an experience in one-of-a-kind units —domes, safari tents, lodges or treehouses—, each with its own capacity, location and charm. In Lokibed you load each unit as its own physical unit, and if you don't want them treated as interchangeable you give each one its own room type — the dome type exists in the model —: allotment is then counted for that single unit, with the non-negative inventory constraint watching over it every night.
Direct sales are key in this segment: the white-label booking engine with zero commission and an SEO-optimized site put your brand front and center, and our multi-hotel marketplace adds reach on our domain. We have no channel manager, so a Booking or Airbnb reservation enters by import with duplicate control, not by sync. Extra experiences and services —dinners, spa, activities— are posted to the reservation folio. The AI Concierge assistant has a declared and deliberately small scope: it looks up the guest's reservation and answers about it; it does not sell or charge on its own. Web check-in solves arrival at remote locations.

Frequently asked questions
- Can I load each unit as unique rather than identical rooms?
- Yes. You load each dome, tent or lodge as its own physical unit, with its number, its type and its rate. And if you want inventory not to treat them as interchangeable, you give each unit its own room type: per-night allotment is then counted for that single unit. Worth knowing how it works underneath: allotment control is per room type and night, so one room type per unit is exactly what makes each singular stay police itself.
- How do I sell experiences and extra services beyond lodging?
- You add services and experiences —dinners, spa, activities— posted to the reservation folio and consolidated on the stay account. The AI Concierge assistant helps with guest service, but let's be exact about its scope: it looks up the guest's reservation and answers about it; it does not offer or post services on its own, and it does not charge. Selling the service is your team's job.
- Does it work for a glamping in a remote location with no front desk?
- Yes for arrival: web check-in and the guest portal let the guest fill in their details and sign on screen with no physical front desk. Not for collecting remotely: we have no payment gateway and no WhatsApp payment link. The deposit is agreed and recorded in the PMS — recording it confirms the booking and deducts allotment in the same transaction — but the payment itself you take by your own means, and the PMS records and reconciles it.
